How to make your booking

Check availability

Review available dates directly in the interactive calendar. Only dates marked free can be selected.

Select your stay dates

Click on arrival date and then on departure date; the system will automatically calculate the total price of your stay.

Enter your details

Fill in the form with your name, e‑mail, phone number and any important info (such as number of guests or special requests).

Review and confirm your booking

Before sending, be sure all data are correct. You will see the price breakdown and booking conditions.

Secure payment

Once the booking is confirmed, you can make a secure payment. You will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

Cancellation policies

Cancellations more than 30 days in advance
If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before arrival
50 % of the total booking will be refunded. The remaining 50 % will not be refunded.

Cancellations less than 14 days in advance
No refunds will be made. We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers unforeseen events.

No‑show or early departure
In case of no‑show or early departure, no amount will be refunded.

Date changes
Any change is subject to availability. If you wish to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Additional services
Some complementary services (such as experiences, private dinners, etc.) may have specific conditions. Please check them before confirming these services.
